I provide a range of psychological services and consultation:

• Cognitive Behavioural & Compassion Focused Therapy (Face to face-£70)

• EMDR (Face to Face-£70)

• Assessment, Guidance and Recommendations (One off session- no commitment to further sessions- £100 or a report can be completed also- £140) (PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS NOT A DIAGNOSIS SERVICE)

• Workshops- Introduction to CFT (1 or 2 hour sessions)/ Compassionate Leadership (1 or 2 hour sessions)/ Compassionate Self Care (1 hour)/ General Wellbeing Session (1 or 2 hours). 

• Mindfulness and Compassion Workshop(s)- Standalone/Set of 4-6. (Individual/Group of up to 15) - £ POA

• Clinical Supervision- £50
